2. NP Review and Appointment Confirmation: Once your form is received, the
Nurse Practitioner will carefully review your details. If any additional information
or clarification is needed, you may be contacted via email or phone. The
appointment date and time will then be made or confirmed. Following this, we will require a $50 deposit that will go towards your treatment. A no-show or
cancellation within 24hrs will result in a non-refundable deposit.
3. Appointment Reminder: Before your scheduled consultation, we will send you a reminder email with any additional instructions or preparation requirements for your appointment. **Ensure you have something to eat prior to your appointment.
